Hosting JAM Events

Eagles Summit Apostolic Prophetic Conference Event:

An Inspirational gathering of the Five-Fold Ministry conducted with a Thursday-Friday evening services and two daytime sessions Friday and Saturday. Apostolic impartation and activation takes place during these anointed prophetic ministry services. There are usually 2-3 speakers at this event (John Arcovio being the main speaker). At the host pastors discretion and expense we may conduct an evangelistic “Block Party” prophetic/evangelistic event on Saturday that benefits the local Discovery Center. The optimum attendance for this event is 150-500 people. Setup is a conference venue.

What is expected of the host?

  • To provide the meeting location and necessary staff for the event.

 

  •  What about registration? How will that work?

Registration is run through the website at www.spiritled.net Everyone, including local attendees, must register through the JAM website or onsite at the conference. The registration fee is $75 per person, $125 for a married couple.

JAM uses the registration money to cover the following conference expenses.

  • All conference related expenses.
  • Apostle John Arcovio’s and other speakers hotel accommodations and food.

All registration is to be paid thru the website at www.spiritled.net and if collected at the door must either be cash or check made payable to Spirit Led Ministries. John Arcovio will secure his airfare, meals, hotel and cover all advertising expenses with proceeds from the registration.

John Arcovio is available speak for the hosting church up to 2 x on the Sunday following the event for an additional honorarium.

We work with the hosting church on preparing the  Saturday lunch if catered or prepared on site. If prepared on site a estimated budget breakdown will be provided by the hosting church. Spirit Led Ministries will provide a reimbursement check when this detailed food budget is submitted.

 


healing, restoration and restoration  Event: 
  1. Please know that this event is not a preaching conference. This event is a spiritual freedom, deliverance and healing event conducted in a more classroom, workshop style setting that will allow for a more in-depth and personal dynamic.The optimal attendance for this event will be 20 – 40 attendees. There are usually 1-2 speakers at this event (Apostle Arcovio being the main speaker). Dress is casual. Setup is classroom style or U-Shape tables setup.

2. What is the general program?

During the day, there are ministry sessions, and include time for prayer and prophetic ministry. The evenings are have fellowship and dinner provided.

1st Day: 6 pm – 10 pm

2nd Day: 10 am – 10 pm

3rd Day: 10 am – 10 pm

3. What is expected of the host?

  • Room set up to serve meals to 24-30 people.

4. What about registration? How will that work?

  • The meals provided to the attendees
  • The handbooks provided to all attendees
  • John Arcovio’s hotel accommodations and travel expenses.

Prophetic Roundtable and Prayer Event:

This is a low key, casual one night and one morning event. This is specifically designed for those called to the office of a prophet or want to know how to align their church or ministry properly with an apostle or prophet. This is a open hearted atmosphere of sincere dialogue of 15-30 people.

One 3 hour night session and one 3 hour morning session.

3. What is expected of the host?

  • To provide the meeting location 
  • One meal on Saturday

John Arcovio uses the registration money to cover the following conference expenses.

  • One lunch provided to the attendees on Saturday.
  • John Arcovio’s hotel accommodations and food.

SIMPLE APOSTOLIC PROPHETIC EVENT AT HOST CHURCH:

  1. This is what has been traditionally known as a “Revival Service or Services” or “Healing and Miracle Services” 
  2. What is the general program?

Up to three services (max) that Host Assembly will be responsible for planning, conducting and executing. Meeting will be conducted Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday. All advertisement and expenses for meeting are Host Assemblies responsibility.

3. What is expected of the host?

  • To provide the meeting location and necessary staff to provide a “book table” for John Arcovio’s books and materials.
  • To provide a  honorarium for John Arcovio speaking/ministry at the seminar and at the host church that Sunday, airfare, and costs that arise during the conference.
  • All airfare, lodging and “on the ground” expenses are to be covered by host church. Airfare amount will be communicated to Host Pastor by Administrative Assistant Jessie Ko approximately one month before meeting and airfare expense must be sent via PayPal at Jarcovio@me.com
  • John Arcovio prefers to stay in a hotel such as “Hampton Inn”. If the Host assembly does not believe they have the budget for this expense, John Arcovio will split the hotel costs 50/50 with a hotel of his choice and booking.
